Invoices are payable within 30 days, after which they become overdue. Interest will be charged on all overdue accounts at 4% above Barclays Bank base rate at the time.

All goods remain the property of Creative Expressions until all invoices are paid in full.

Your Credit Account may be withdrawn if:

  • You do not place an order for 3 months
  • Your order value is less than £1,000.00 for UK Customers or $1200.00/€1200.00 for International Customers, (depending on which currency you pay in), excluding VAT and discounts where applicable, every 3 month period
  • You fail to pay your invoices on time
