Cosmic Shimmer – Tinting Powder – Dove Grey – This stunning translucent Tinting Powder helps to create aged colour filter effect and adds dimension on any project. Apply this sepia-coloured powder onto an area as big or as small as you like with your preferred stamping medium then gently heat-activate with a heat embossing tool.
