A crystal clear water based varnish with a matt finish that’s perfect for using with Collage Sheets and on all other mixed media projects. Using a brush, apply to a dry surface, then place paper collage pieces, gently brush more product on top, sealing your elements. Allow to dry between layers. Made In UK. 100ml pot.
